Q. What are the benefits to ordering through the app vs. the flyer?
A. All orders will be shipped directly to your home as soon as we’ve processed them in our system after photo day. This is a faster and more efficient way (versus sending the photos back to your child’s school) for us to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will also be able to re-order online extremely easily as well.

Q. Can I pay using a credit card?
A. Yes! You may use a credit, debit, or gift card to pay for your order.
Q. Is the Family Plan Discount available?
A. Sorry, but the Family Plan Discount is not available at this time. If you wish to take advantage of the offer (if applicable, check your flyer for details), then please submit your order using the paper flyer you received and do not place the order online.
